Göteborg Feminist Film Festival in Gothenburg Festival during 3-5 september creates a diverse and provocative array of feminisim , queer activities, anti-racist and anti-fascist movies. We want to challenge values and standards related to gender, sexuality and identity, ethnicity, class, age and function. The film program will include different genres, subjects and lenghts from several different countries. We want to show fillms that commercial film festival doesnt show. In connection to screening we want to organise discussions around the current topics and themes that the films deal with. You as an audience get the chance to participate and critiize, debate and ask questions to the filmmakers. We estimate at least 400 visitors, probably there will be more as the festival seems to attract a wider mass than we´d ever dreamed about though Göteborg is a smal city.
