Our main objective was to integrate youth with the society, promote their entrepreneur skills, help them gain knowledge and ability, create an environment where they can freely express solidarity within Europe and the world, help them understand better the common culture and also the culture diversity. All the activies has taken place in the meeting room of the hotel participants were staying. In this particular Project all the participants from all countries were chosen amongst who can reflect his/her culture. There has been a wide age range which was between 15 and 29. Gender equality was taken into consideration because of cultural diversity. How each gender see and have a point of view was important in the main activities of the project. So all the groups were mixed according both to gender and culture in order to increase the dialogue and improve their communication skills. All the participants have met their pers from different countries and introduced their cultures and have concerete experience on the view different cultures have on the matter. Meeting new freinds, communicating, sharing is thought to help them in their future professional life. Apart from this they have now have deep thoughts about immigration. The overall project has ensured them to be sensitive on social matters, improve and present different views, live the pleasure of being useful to the society. We think that we impoved the participants sense of self by gathering youth who knows its responsibility and acts devotedly towards country and society. With are happy to see the results and activities they do in their countries with the deeper views thay gained from the project. These gained behaivours would spread into larger communities as a multiplier affect. This work was important because both our citizens and the Europenas don’t have enough knowledge on immigrants and immigrations. Due to the counry’s location and current sufferings, it is known that Turkey gives importance to this matter and the dissemination of the useful work to be done will help. The projects first dissemination took place in the school where all the activities with the Project partners were shared to our school’s students and teachers. Other dissemination activities are as follows; - Project results are disseminated with different activities, - Brochures with photos of the activities and CD’s are given to students, - Made contacts with institutions who work on Immigration, - Seminars were given to these institutions and some useful facts was shared with them, - The local media was invited to these activities, - The knowledge and expirience gained from the project will continue to be dessimanated with good team work.
