Nowadays, we are victims of society-wide crisis, where young people have not enough opportunities, often as a result of lack of finance. Project is the result of cooperation many powerfull organizations, which are trying to change current problem, that is more common for young people. International youth Exchange ,,Go active! is planned on 7.-13. March 2015 in the gorgeous village Streda nad Bodrogom, which is closest to the lowermost village in Slovakia. The beautiful surrounding countryside and an excellent atmosphere of village life will be benefit for 28 young people from four countries: Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Lithuania. Almost half of them are people with fewer opportunities. During the project our aim will be to strengthen the skills, competence, self-esteem and confidence of young people in the labor market in our country and as well in throughout the european community. We believe that after this project, participants will have a great inspiration, which can use for their own benefit, but also for the benefit of its home area. During the project will be used informal methods of education. Presentations, discussions, physical activity, exercise to gain new skills and competencies, activities of european cultures, work in groups, meetings with experts, project promotion, meeting with the local community (Euro-picnic), evaluation of activities, planning, monitoring achievements and national evenings. Collection of data to Youthpass and summary of the day will be realised by discussions and then interviews with leading groups. The result of the project will be acquired facts, skills and competencies, information and inspiring ideas that participants will receive and be better prepared in the labor market. Responsibility of each participant will prepare your CV according to their capabilities, which will then elaborate on the project so that the young candidate will have a perfect document and will have higher chances compared to other candidates in the job. They acquire new knowledge of job searching, but also about other ways of employment. Participants establish new relationships and friendships that they can also help in their future. Keep in touch and communication with new friends will help them improve write and speak in English. After the end of the project each participant will be provided with information pack that can be spread further, which is one of our goals for the future.
