A project, where everybody has the possibility to dive into a specific topic, to look at their situations which are in need of improvement in a critical and questioning way and furthermore to find a creative and innovative approach to a solution. We intend to change the world and we are going to do it! The youngsters become the tools to recognize these situations and to find a solution for them. That leads to the fact that they are going to find their place in the present Europe and are going to feel comfortable with it. That is not just a project, where we work together on an international level, no, it is a youth exchange where we are used to work, explore, play and work with a variety of methods. Through playful and creative ways, the participants are going to get to know to each other and make new friends. The trained contents, will be transformed in a cultural festival, where everyone will get to know their strengths and weaknesses and will be able to develop them in a positive way. On doing so, skills of project- management, social competencies, solution expertise, dealing with conflicts, intercultural competencies, participation, are going to get trained. To respect others in origin, uniqueness and tradition and to take the diversity as a resource which we can use, is not just one of the youngsters learning aim but also one of the teamers. Next to the fact that they are going to get an idea of the European world, and the European work, they are going to like it and learn the structure of democracy and of the EU. The activities raise the self-esteem, the language skills and so the chances at the labour market. They will see them more as a part of the European peace saving project than before. It should create the possibility of the youngsters to get their process of finding a solution forward and take it in a practical way. They will be a part of changing the world, will create new solutions, find their interests in new cultures, get to know to inclusion and will learn it to live it and get a point of view of working together on another base and love it and last but not least, will improve their language skills. But it is still not over! Not only our participants are going to spread and develop themselves, no, so will also the circle of friends. It will increase and friendships for a lifetime will be created. Our participants will be between 13 and 18 years and as well as possible be in a relation of 50% boys and 50% girls. This also contains a balance of cultures. Apart from 42 youngsters from 7 different countries, there are going to be 14 teamers at the youth exchange. Together, changing Europe, together changing the world!
