Observation and improvement works in Clothing Production technologies /OBSERFASHION project seeks to:*Take our 20 trainers (4 flows/5 persons) who are working for clothing and production technologies branch to Milano from Istanbul and provide a study visit within a duration for 1 week .*Ensure that our trainers observe the training system,curricula, training resources and equipments of AFOL MODA situated in Milano and that they write reports regarding their observations and study visits. The reports that we are going to receive are going to be used as outcomes of the project and submitted to the National Agency and to our organisation at the same time, so we will be able to evaluate those reports and we are going to start to improve the quality of the trainings under cloting procution technologies and reach to the EU standards. *Improve the provision for vocational training in our organisation.*Use the learning captured to meet our own organisational needs (new services, recognition of skills, staff training needs, sharing ideas to common problems ).Our trainers working for clothing production technologies branch, most of them have a high school and associate degrees and have never been to abroad. The greatest factors here are financial issues and the restrictions their families imposed. We want to destroy these barriers by realising our project and allow our trainers to have the chance to experience a visit abroad. The staff who are providing learning and training should have a wide provision and to succeed this they should follow the innovation and development abroad especially in Europe. As an organisation situated in a country in the process of being a member of the EU, IBB ISMEK cares about the training of its staff in this issue and wants to carry out this project. Clothinng production sector(textile and fashion) is a sector that is changing and developing consistently and it requires to be followed constantly and to make sure the learners receive training across the EU standards, so the systems in Europe requires to be followed.Our trainers are going to have a comprehensive study visit programme by AFOL MODA and the programme for the stduy visit is also going to include cultural activities in regards to clothing production tecnhologies.The experiences and information received are going to be reported as outcomes of the project to the National Agency and our organisaiton.Expected results of the project:*More motivated staff and better provided traininig services.*Modernisation of vocational learning and training.*Improved networking between partners .* The transfer and implementation of best practice into learning and training and the reflection of positive progression routes (where mainstreamed options are not working).
