The aim of the project is to provide vocational training and enlarge the students’ vocational skills at different workplaces abroad for the car mechanics, electricians, logistics and textile students of Király Endre Technical and Vocational School. We want to get our students to learn and acquire more about the new techniques and materials in the field of car technology, electricians, logistics and textile industry. Furthermore we would like to enlarge their English vocabulary and improve their communication skills both in the field of car- and electrician technology, textile industry, and of course their everyday English too. Moreover we hope that their professional and cultural knowledge and experience will be extended too. Besides their jobs, they can get a lot about the history, religion and the everyday life of the host countries. Expected results / demands:All the above mentioned knowledge and skills of the students both in the professional and cultural field will be expanded. Competencies will strengthen and enlarge a lot, highlighted the social and citizenship, learning to learn, entrepreneurial and innovative competences.We hope that students will have more confidence. Their vocational and language knowledge, their horizon and personality will be broadened. They will accept and appreciate more the people from other countries and nationalities. We would like to develop their social position to contribute of becoming a better-skilled member of European Community. Their companies are:- Dirikoclar Ltd building construction company- Canalia TextileA team of our teachers and trainers, eight members of the staff is going to participate in “Early school leaving project” in Nevsehir, organized by Capademy. The aim is to gain experiences in the field of school failure. They are going to watch and debate with the colleagues about different educational techniques, how to prevent students from drop-out. One trainer of textile students will do the job shadowing in the handicraft company of the local municipality to improve her skill in this field of her work.
