Aged 37 she has devoted 14 years to education. She currently works as a headmistress of the institution and, therefore, is a key motivator, while ultimately responsible of the school management. Consequently, the training will impact directly in the whole institution through the channels that already exist. To achieve these goals, the school understands that its headmistress should participate in a training course, aimed to the responsible people in the European institutions, not only to gain valuable training, but also to contact other European colleagues. The planned activities are the following: - Initial assessment by staff meetings of the situation about the quality of the management of the school, training in foreign languages and participation in European activities and projects. - Participation in a training course specifically aimed to headmasters, managers, directors of education and training institutions. Its objective is to provide the necessary skills and competences to develop their quality management system. This training has a direct impact on the achievement of the identified needs of the school. It takes place just before beginning the school year, so it is the adequate moment to implement new management strategies. Living in contact with other European institutions will provide dynamic updating and the motivation for the management, with a direct impact on quality. - Implementation of strategies to improve the quality of management and contact other European institutions for future joint projects. The results should show the acquisition or improvement of the executive performance skills and the pursuit of excellence in terms of quality of work, of linguistic skills, which will enable straight communication with other European countries, of the international relations, which may approach the institutions from different countries which will involve an international contact for the students at an earlier stage. In order to share learning experiences, the use of digital tools and communication means will be promoted. Europass Mobility document will be required. For our institution, which is placed in a rural setting, the fact of taking part in a European mobility program, and update the models of quality management will lead to a meaningful social impact. As a matter of fact, the school will benefit, and will equal to any European city. The project will have a direct impact on the entire school community. Activities will be spread in local papers and magazines; also meetings with Social Action Centers (CEAS) and informative speeches will help to spread it. The institution will tend to the creation of support groups to improve the educational work of the school. Through the media the project will be broadcasted at provincial and regional level. Nationally and internationally, the results of the experience could be exposed at national and/or international conferences. It will be followed by scientific publications.
