Our Project was a seminar activity which includes the policy of providing ""Gender Discrimination At Workplaces"" improving quality and achieving more young audience. In this project; workshops, group works and interviews about improving the efficiency of gender discrimination, voluntary youth workers, examining the adequateness and sustainability development will be arranged. The project was in Inegöl-Bursa/TURKEY between 18.02.2015 - 23.02.2015 as a seminar activity by Crystal Apples Community. The main target was improving the gender discrimination at workplaces. 26 youth workers from Bulgaria, Estonia, Spain, Romania and Turkey have participated in the project which is considered to take place 5 days. In the project, learning by doing methods used completely. There were participants from expert trainers and employees from the department of youth services during the seminar. It was thought to invite the local people as well as the youth workers. We want our work to reach both to our European partners and to the local people. Thus we believe that we can climb from bottom to the top.
