The context of the project is; to improve the teaching and learning of languages and promote the EU's broad linguistic diversity and intercultural awareness bring positive and long-lasting effects on the trainees involved increase capacity to cooperate on international level revise and strengthen the professional profile of the teaching professions provide practical ideas for classroom improve foreign language competences increase capacity to trigger changes in terms of modernisation and international opening within their educational organisations promote greater understanding and responsiveness to social, linguistic and cultural diversity The objectives are: Trainees will be shown new, innovative methodologies for teaching in different subjects, in cross-curricular projects and for solving real-world problems. They will be given the opportunity to interact and generate new ideas for activities and to critically evaluate their results. Trainees will work within a group instructional setting. Guidance will be given on current theoretical knowledge without being lecture orientated. Trainers will guide, observe, listen, evaluate and provide feedback for each module. Concepts will be examined with regard to cross-curricular awareness. Activities suitable for special needs children will also be presented, discussed and created. Time is allocated for discussion, feedback and sharing of ideas. Thus our trainees develop both teaching and language skills during the course. We are planning one mobiliity activity for the project during the mobility activity our staff will get innovative approaches, techniques, practical ideas, activities for intradiciplinary cooperation and also we will get activities for students for special needs. These activities will enable our students to create new ideas and evaluate their results in their real life. We are planned to participate as 5 teachers. Two English teachers, one Mathematics, one Social Sciences and one Management Staff. The long term benefits of the project will be raising students to interract and generate new ideas and for activities and they will be able to evaluate their results in their real life.
