In Turkey the aim of non-formal education is to teach read and write to illiterate adults, to focus more of personal empowerment and good citizenship, to support social actions and initiatives for change and thus enhance individual skills, to help adapting of rural workers who have emigrated to the cities, to give opportunities them with useful activities. Our aim with these education activities are to get feedbacks on being openminded to everybody,obey the necessities,continuity,open to new innovations and developments, education in everywhere, participate in the decision process and take part.The target group of non-formal education is all citizens; children, teenagers and adults. First of all we have to renew ourselves as a public education centre to be helpful for all citizens.It can not be said that there is not any special programme to train teachers for non-formal education in Turkey. In addition,if people get pedagogical formation they can be trainer in non-formal education programme. Perceptions towards adult education when we take into consideration the other adult education in the world, we have to make an evaluate about the status of Turkish Adult Education System. We think that at the end of this evaluation adult education in our country will produce more effective and efficient solutions and results . To conduct adult education programmes in an efficient and effective way the teachers' and the trainers' professional developments, trainings, thoughts and observations in public education centres will be decisive in adult education service.For that reason four staff from our institutions will join the adult education training courses. Within the framework of the project, Kaş Public Education Principle, a vice-principal , an English Teacher, a Form Master and a Handicrafts Teacher will participate in the courses- Soft Skills for Education Providers, Human Resource Management in Education Institutions,Using E-Learning in the classroom, ICT In Education Course,Educational Coaching Tools,English and Culture,For an International School Courses which will be held in England, Czech Republic ,Italy ,Poland,Ireland and France about ICT(Information and Communication Technologies),Language and Management . Thus , with this project we would like to help firstly to adults, students to counsel with effective and new approaches and help them for personel developments.Also we are planning to support them to resove their needs in basic with computer education programmes,to express oneself well, to make their life easier, teach to learn, to follow the latest developments , with intercultural and interpersonal information and communication to adapt themselves the century we live in. We believe that the training benefits become widespread both our personel developments and service we give in where we live and the public with feedbacks. At the end of these courses, if we can take positive feedback from education stakeholders, we plan to disseminate the effects with meetings, seminars and social media. By creating awareness to the EU projects to give our personnel chance to share their knowledge and experience that are gained through these courses and to make them to settle " Europe and European Union " idea in our institution and neighbourhood in the manner of contributing to integration of our country to EU.
