Our informal youth group-Yaran Proje Grubu- is going to organise a youth exchange for youngsters and youth leaders under Erasmus+ Youth Programme. The name of our youth exchange is " Jobs of The Future ". It will take place Cankiri, Turkey on 25 August ? 01 September 2014. We all know that many young people are unemployed. We think that one of the reasons for this is to choose the right job. We agreed to prepare a youth exchanges project to overcome the deficiencies. This project will be about jobs. The project will touch about unemployment and youth unemployment . We would like to headline "youth unemployment and occupations will be popular in the future" with different European countries by bringing together youth leaders and young people to make comparisons between countries. We also would like to see the solution of this problem and how the organisations work to deal with unemployed problems. There will be some visits to organizations working in this area and also various workshops. Career planning is an important matter for youngsters. Besides jobs which are very popular nowadays, there are jobs which will be at interest in future. We intend to help young people who are to choose their future jobs. We want to help them to choose right job by mentioning the importance and difficult sides of jobs. This project will reveal different and same sides of jobs in European countries. We will use diverse working methods in non formal education. Our target group is young people who plan careers. We plan to have 48 people from as 6 countries/9 partner organisations (Turkey, Italy, Estonia, Romania, UK and Macedonia) as in this youth exchange. As a result of the project we aim to see the different problems of youth unemployment in the different European countries and also to see the proposed solutions and best practices to take steps to transfer to their home countries.
