Our project aim at increasing professional qualifications of the last grade students in the counties of Bursa -Harmancik ,Keles and Orhaneli- studying in the department of electric-electronic technology at schools and business enterprise in Europe.When our project contract signed with the National Agency , we started the preparatory activities. Because of the rotation of our school managers, our project was affected negatively. Our local partner school-Keles multi-programmed high school- receded from the project. This status was shared with our expert and we decided to keep on our project with Tavsanli vocational and technical high school which has identical characteristics. Each institutions selected the participants of the project with the specified criteria and preparatory meetings began. In our project, A.Necati YILMAZ vocational and technical highschool (ANYMTAL) which is project owner school would make its mobility with 15+1 people in the group in Germany and with 15+1people in Holland, Harmancik 75th Year multi-programmed anatolian highschool would make their mobility with 10+1 people in Holland and Tavsanli vocatioanl and technical anatolian highschool would make their mobility with 20+1 people in Germany. The first mobility was carried out between 18/01/2015 and 31/01/2015 to FIDES education in Germany by Orhaneli ANYMTAL. After a successful period, Tavsanli MTAL carried out its mobility between 12/04/2015 and 25/04/2015 in SPS Entwicklund firm in Germany.Mobilities in Holland couldn't be carried out. Its reason is that the PIC numbers of the host institution were unvalidated. About this topic, Justified decision is being expected from our National Agency. After the mobility activities in Germany, it can be said that our participants reading skills of project that are prepared in E-plan programming which is frequently and particularly used in the area of the board montage. Reading projects of E-plan that is one of the basic qualifications seeking by the otomation firms in Bursa will perhaps be the most important factor for being employed of our participant. Other professional skills developed are recognition of microprocessor-based soft starter starters and frequency converters, PLC and inventors, being able to make connections and programmes to the system. The development of these skills on abroad is a remedy for our schools that their opportunities are limited. It can be said that the momentum was gained about Increasing self-confidence, observing objectively the judgements to different cultures, consciousness of European citizenship and improving foreign language skills or interest. We can clearly see that there is a meaningful similarity between observations of teachers, participants' responses to the reports and the feedbacks from business. With our project, we can see changing of perspectives of school managers, similar active reflections in small counties (Harmancik, Buyukorhan and Keles). The most important indicator of this msy be questions of parents of students as ?will we go abroad this year?? These questions show us exactly climate of awareness of Europen Citizenhip.
