WHYAt the most basic level, a sport activity well designed that incorporates the best value of sports – self-discipline, respect of the opponent, fair-play, team work, respecting rules – helps people in developing values and communication abilities needed to prevent and solve conflicts that appear in the day to day life. Sport can play a very important role in reducing the social tensions and the conflicts in communities and at national level, tackling the causes of that exclusion and proportioning an alternative entering point in the social and economic life of the communities.The partner consortium would like to carry out this project, because we believe that sport, as a unique tool, has the potential to provide mutual understanding among young people and the society in the EU member Countries.The partner organizations would like to organize this youth exchange, because we would like to give an opportunity for groups of young people from different countries to meet and learn about each other’s cultures. The project is a profound result of a common panning and project design of colleagues (representatives of the partner organizations), who met in different organizations. All partners exchanged desired project implementation and impact on the participants. The groups plan together their Youth Exchange around a theme of mutual interest - inter cultural exchange through outdoor activities.Participants: 29 participants from UK, Italy, Bulgaria and Poland.Activity 1: Youth ExchangeDates and Venue: 14-24 June 2016 in Varna (Bulgaria)OBJECTIVES- To understand the role of sports in the personal development and in social inclusion, in eliminating barriers, stereotypes and promoting communication.- To exchange of ideas and experiences between youngsters from different European countries on the use of sports for social inclusion - traditions, experiences, habits, exploring the nature, through outdoor activities.- To increase of the sense of initiative, leadership and team work.- The developing of fair-play and discipline.- To Rise awareness on healthy lifestyle.- To enable young people with low opportunities be aware of the chances promoted by European Youth Programmes and motivate them be actively take part in actions.The exchange will follow the non formal education approach: a combination of different creative and interactive methods will be used by the partner consortium team and adapted upon the profile of participants. We will use diverse outdoor and phisical activities as learning methods.The impact of the project on the participants also reflected in the exchange of best practices for developing skills through sport and physical activities.Impact on the organizations will be seen by building capacity obtained by increasing the knowledge, experience and new initiatives.The project will create new networks by building strong friendships.Participants in the project, with the help and support of leaders of the project, will be encouraged to take follow-up activities in their communities to spread the influence of learning more, realizing new ERASMUS + projects, presentations, conferences and other activities.The multiplying effect is first of all achieved by the participants of the project spreading the ideas they got from here and realizing follow-up activities in their own countries.
