Employers' requirements for future employees are rising rapidly, so they often lack of sociability, creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship, foreign language skills, self-confidence, entrenching in the labor market. Therefore, our institution VšĮ Šiauliai labour market training center, together with the recipient partner International Education College Temis in Spain initiates this project and wants to give existing/prospective and former disciples (graduates) a chance to perform workplace internship abroad. One of the main reasons why it is hard for young people to find a job nowadays - lack of work practices. Because of this project, individuals participating in it would be given the opportunity to gain more practical skills in a specific area, received Europass document would be counted as qualification development. We hope that this practice will reveal new capacities, will provide more courage and self-confidence, will grant new competence and personal development. The main objective of the project - to improve the quality of practical training in a real workplace. To improve practice opportunities of learners abroad, thus acquiring professional skills that are necessary for succesfull integration into the labor market. 4 - manicure specialists, 4 - hairdressers, 4 - barman-waiters, 2 - decorative cosmetics specialists, 2 trucks drivers will go to a 2 months practice in a real workplace in Spain (Tenerife). All participants will be selected according to their professional skills in a particular field, linguistic preparation. Sending and recipient organizations will be responsible for the successful implementation of the project. Sending organization will coordinate the implementation of the project, will organize the selection of participants, safe visit of participants, will be responsible for quality dissemination of experience, purchasing tickets and insurance, for the quality of activities and achievement of results, for supervision of process of project's activities, organization of the visit, cooperation and communication with partners and the fund. The recipient organication will be responsible for the collaboration with the sending organization, for organizing logistics for visits, organization of summary of participants' experience, filling and sending Europass certificates to a sending organization and preparation of a report. Expected results - 16 students of a training centre will increase their employment opportunities and better career prospectives, will have developed a sense of initative and entrepreneurship, will improve foreign language skills, understanding of other cultures. The sending organization will gain a greater involvement of interested parties and target groups into the learning process, will increase awareness.
