A game is structured playing, usually undertaken for enjoyment, but often used also as an educational tool. Key components of games are goals, rules, challenge, and interaction. Games generally involve mental or physical stimulation, and often both. Thus games help develop social or practical skills, reaction and concentration, strategic thinking and intuition, serve as a form of exercise that engages, motivates, socializes, energizes, enables metaphoric thinking, inspires and generates new ideas and solutions. 8-days youth exchange ''Gamestorming'' is devoted to creating new games - games for ice-breaking, team-building and developing imagination, fantasy and creative problem solving skills. Main aim of the project is to develop participants' creative, teamwork, leadership and presentation abilities and intercultural competence through inviting them to explore five important creative thinking and innovating strategies and to take series of creative challenges related to the invention of games. Methodological approach of this project is based in experiential learning concept. Group work, drama exercises, creative thinking and creative writing techniques, simulations and intercultural learning activities will be used to inspire participants and provide them motivating framework for work. Outcome of the project will be improved life-long learning competencies of the participants, improved abilities to adjust and be efficient in multicultural environments, understanding about creative thinking processes, new connections among regions and a digital book full of new games offering creative and energetic group activities for non-formal and informal settings. Exchange will gather 48 participants and group leaders, will be hosted in Macedonia, in cooperation of partners from Macedonia, Albania, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and Bulgaria.
