Considering that the technical and professional education in the agricultural domain has the aim of forming future agricultural workers, adapted to the labor market requirements in their country, as in the countries of the European space, direct contact with these requirements is necessary.The exchange of good practice between students from the agricultural vocational and technical education from five states will allow the expansion of the horizon regarding the ways of funding and organizing agricultural farms, allowing the development of entrepreneurial cross competition. The 4 states coordinators and participants are: Romania, Bulgaria, Italy and Turkey.The aim of this project is: the development of entrepreneurial abilities for students in technical and vocational education, specialised in the agricultural domain, by comparing the way agricultural farms are organised in the European space, where their colleagues from other countries are doing their practical training courses.The objectives of the project are:-the analysis regarding the organizing and functioning of agricultural farms from the European area by 84 students;- developing entrepreneurial competences for 84 students, strting up a farm in the agricultural field at the end of their studies;- improving the efficiency, for 10 teachers, of the way they organize their practical courses, in collaboration with the local traders, based on the models studied during the good practice exchange;- elaborating a course for the student practice at local traders, which is aimed at achieving the key competence - the transition from school to the work place through an European global perspective.Achieving the project’s purpose and objectives will be realized by organizing four good practice exchanges in those five schools, by a program equivalent to all the partners:-visiting the host school, the school manager ( debate and round table meering concerning the importance of this project for our schools), visiting the city and accommodating with the new environment, visiting the city hall and meeting with the mayor, who will present the importance of agriculture for the economic development of the area;- analysing the way local agricultural companies are organized. For each of these activities there will be debates with the entrepreneurs concerning the advantages and disadvantages of developing a business in the agricultural domain, the activities that they do, the documents to be prepared for the smooth running of the business activity, the threats and opportunities that this kind of business offers. At the same time, scenarios regarding a day and a year of working will be realized, which are the routine activities and which are essential for a successful business.- round table meetings with the representatives from the agricultural local action groups or non-governmental organizations, with whom the opportunities offered for the agriculture development with European funds in the program 2014-2020, the opportunities offered to farmers to expand their own farms will be debated, combined with observing the operating mode of other didactic farms from other schools or universities, with debates on the importance of continuing studies and maintining the trade learned in school in future activities.The expected impact is given by: - Highlighting the importance of young people entrepreneurship development for the socio-economic development of the area;- Highlighting the good practice examples through cooperation between agricultural entrepreneurs and the mayors for the economical growth of localities;- The use of Erasmus programmes and the e-Twinning platform as a way of transmitting European values to the communities;- Attracting young people to conduct activities in the agricultural domain for the development of the communities they belong to.The long-term benefits of the project will be :- Involvement of the representatives from the schools that take part in the project, in the local action groups they belong to for implementing Erasmus programmes concerning retraining the local unemployed, or entrepreneurial skills development in sections that can determine future economical growth in the area;- Using the e-Twinning platform for other types of projects between participating schools, by using online meetings between other student categories, with the role of improving their professional, civic and interpersonal skills.
