Undoubtedly, globalisation/internationalisation brings about a need to re-organise methods and contents of teaching and to adapt our teaching according to current circumstances and needs. Thus our headmistress sends us not only because of the international experience we have already gained, but also in order for us to contribute to strengthening our profile within the school. As young, committed teachers it is our utmost concern to offer our students an innovative curriculum with a special focus on intercultural competences and aspects, including an improvement of language study travels. Especially the current re-orgaziation of the school curricula on the national level demands new innovative methods of language teaching (with special regard to modern media). Our headmistress supports our conviction that this Erasmus+ programme offers the ideal basis for professional development in the field of foreign language teaching and the exchange of best practices among international partcipants.
