Frizerska praksa v prestolnici mode
Date du début: 1 sept. 2014, Date de fin: 31 août 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Nova Gorica Centre of Adult Education LUNG is a first-time applicant for the Erasmus+ programme - Mobility of young people in vocational education. In 2013, we started with the vocational course for hairdressers and now we want to create new opportunities for the mobility of our students, enabling them to gain extra professional experience in GLAM Hair Salons in Milan, Italy. We are aiming to support learners in the acquisition of competences (knowledge, skills and attitudes), raise participants' awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries and also enhance notably the participants' foreign languages competence. 8 learners from 2nd grade will take part in this mobility program experiencing a 3-week learning period abroad. Minor learners will also be included. Learners with socially disadvantaged backgrounds will also be included in the project and get the opportunity to acquire valuable experience abroad. Participants will be accompanied by a teacher. The mobility is ecpected to take place from 1st - 21st February 2015 and 1st - 21st March 2015. Our partnership will arrange everything neccesary to give our learners a pleasant mobility experience - insurance, travel arrangements, food & accomodation, public transportation tickets, support. Our learners will take part in preparations that will include several aspects - psychological, orientational and cultural topics will be covered. Participants will go abroad with the aim to acquire new professional experience and competences, learn about Italy's customs, culture and history, improve foreign language competences (especially Italian). This is of utmost importance, as our learners live and are educated in ns environment that is both geographically and economically strongly connected to Italy and Italian speaking customers. This is also the main reason for building a partnership with an Italian organization. Moreover, Milan is widely known as one of the world's most important fashion capitals. Our partner organization, GLAM, has been taking part in mobility projects for several years, with participants from different European countries acquiring professional experience and competences in one of GLAM's six hair salons. Our learners will acquire new knowledge and competences regarding the latest trends in hairdressing. They will take part in the actual working process, communicate with their clients on a daily basis and so improve their language skills. This is also one of the most important goals of this mobility project. Furthermore, our learners will add their mobility experience to their Europass CV, thus improving their personal development and employability in both Slovenian and Italian labour market. Elements of ECVET toolkit will be used to evaluate our participants' work in the project. A detailed work plan will be made for each participant prior to their travel abroad and will serve as an additional tool to evaluate the effects of the project. The results of the mobility project will be presented by LUNG to the participants, other learners enrolling in the Hairdresser vocational course at LUNG and the general public via our website, local media, employers, schools and Nova Gorica Chamber of Craft.
