Overall objective The overall project objective is to carry out joint sports and cultural events in border regions aimed at promoting folk arts and crafts, maintaining identity and traditions, and development of sports and cultural opportunities for residents of the border regions.Specific objectivea) the realization of table tennis and football league in all of the partnership countriesb) the presentation of folk crafts and folk-lore ensembles by partners and the main partner and the joint presentation involving invited crafts and folk-lore ensemblesc) the presentation of all sports clubs and their activities appertaining to the region partnership organizations through publications and websited) the presentation of all cultural, social and craft activities of the partnership organizations operating in the region through publications and websitee) the publicity of the project and activities undertaken during the project implementationMain activities:Sports: Local football and table tennis league (Rožňava, Uzhgorod, Szerencs). Final tournament between winners from the local leagues in Slovakia.Culture: Presentation of folk ensembles, crafts and folk art in the home regions of the partnership organizations (Rožňava, Uzhgorod, Szerencs).Presentation: Publication on sport: a description of the sports clubs, sports activities and sports opportunities in the regions of the partnership organizations. Publication on culture: the presentation of folk art, culture and crafts of Gemer - Tokay region - Zakarpatska. Common website. Expected Results: The priority project result is succesfull conduct of sports and cultural events and presentation activities. Carrying out of local football and table tennis matches with the common final tournament of three countries. Carrying out presentations of crafts, folk art and culture in all partnership countries and co-presentation with the participation of selected presentations from local undertakings. Joint publications on sport, culture and the common website.
