Date du début: 1 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 30 juin 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Fresh Wind from Europe project aims to support Slovenian adult trainers in the acquisition of the latest adult education knowledge and practical experience with the latest approaches used by our partner organizations from European countries. In the last few years Slovenian HRM Association (SKZ) has put a significant effort to provide trainings tailor made to the needs of their members. During this period we realised, that continuous in-service training for adult trainers in Slovenia are extremely difficult to find. The proposed Fresh Wind from Europe project aims to find quality partners abroad that would accept our members to the in-service training and would be willing to share their knowledge and experience. In order to make the fullest benefit from the results of these mobilities, we anticipate a systematic and widespread dissemination of the results. The project involved members from different Slovenian regions, both employed and unemployed included. 12 members went to different international courses. The main objectives of the project are: - Support members of the SKZ in in-service training and developing their skills to improve the competencies for work of adult trainer - To encourage members to work with other organizations from EU - To accelerate the transnational mobility of Slovenian adult trainers - To disseminate the results of mobility among members and non-members of the SKZ, students and other relevant stakeholders (i.e. employers) associated with the content of the mobility. The project builds on the learning needs of adult trainers working in different organisations or self-employed. Learning needs of adult trainers are in continuous upgrading their competencies in the field of methods of working with people, acquiring applied knowledge in the field of andragogy, didactics and HRM. The results of the project are multiple. Concrete results are associated with a numerous dissemination activities that were implemented after the completion of the mobility of each participant. The participants also transfered their new knowledge in organizations where they are employed, and in this way improved the quality of services provided by these organizations. Intangible project outcomes are the experience that participants gained in partner organizations.
