The applicant Institute located in a village near the Madrid mountains is a bilingual Institute with Secondary Education, High School and Professional Basic Training (FPB) . Students who decided FPB have low studies motivation, high school failure and dropout high risk but they are very awareness about their future work.This project, which is a continuation of the Leonardo project "PCPI IES GAITE Europe", is performed by the success of the previous edition. During the time of the Project, ths students work harder due to participate enthusiasm. With this proposal, the students win safety and feel more motivated and better projection within their families, other fellow of the Institute and their friends, Apart from improving their employability turn, they feel better with theirselves and more self-confident and they face their future with more enthusiasm and continue studying in other studies of vocational training, that is the main goal of FPB studies.The number of students who enroll is 20 and the number of students who pass the first year may be arround 13/15 students per year and just 8 of them will participate..Mobility activities match with their company training practices. Ad it is a must neccesary to obtain the title.The partners have been chosen carefully and they are mainly 3 intermediary agency very well established in the mobilities and with many years of experience intermediaries and some companies and Schools where the success is guaranteed. In fact some of them participated in the Leonardo mobility mentioned in this proposal.Accommodation and tutoring will be well managed between tutors of intermediary companies and tutor of the FCT. And it can solve any incidents arising during mobility. In addition, students will be covered by insurance in case any problem arises. The selection of students and teachers is guaranteed and it is impartial.The student activities will be framed within a training program of FCT. Job-shadowing activities of teachers in similar centers will consist in investigate how the integration of vocational training and industry are related and how to face the students dropout. Besides that, the teachers mobility will transfer procedures, business niches and specially some european computer science certificates used in Italy to spanish companies.Upon completion students will have their certifications and the impact on their lives is immense and unforgettable experience. The a impact in the High School will be also important in order to dignify the students of FP and planning of its activities internationally. It is anticipated that it will meet the needs detected and exposed in this project.
