Youth Exchange is organized with partner groups from Georgia and Germany from 08/10/2016 until 16/10/2016 youth education center in Erfurt. In preparation and other programming a project preparatory visit in September 2016 is planned. A total of 30 young people participated in the meeting. They are between 14 and 25 years old.Focus and centerpiece of the youth meeting are educational workshops for thema- "Photo Workshop" with conent exchange, movement, improvisation and creation.To all participants and their needs to meet, careful planning of all activities is necessary.The project deals with the intercultural bringing together young people of different nationalities and with the non-formal learning under the program.Youth Exchange is aimed at developing and improving personal skills (self-confidence, self-efficacy, identity, etc.), social skills (teamwork, conflict management, cooperation of intercultural competences (ambiguity tolerance, empathy, communication skills.) These skills the youngsters come in the long term in their everyday or working life to the best, mainly because social skills (soft skills) and intercultural skills are needed in the labor market. The activities of the Youth Exchange (the common leisure activities, workshops) promoting European values such as democracy and respect for other cultures.The young people are given something new and exciting to experience the chances of each other, as well as the better acquainted with foreign countries and cultures and to meet with much understanding and tolerance. The program includes a lot of discussion about the topics chosen by participants. They are animated and supported, to talk openly about their opinions and their concerns. In such discussions, it is possible to discover the common preference for activities in certain areas. They are motivated, design of a variety of new ideas. The common interests, common work and common life awaken in young people the sense of belonging together despite the territorial distance and different lifestyles. The young people will share with people from other the world make the experience what more confident and independent makes them future in life. Getting to know the people of other nationalities to live with them or work, influences the youths very positive . Such encounters and experiences are especially important for young people who are from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and have fewer opportunities . It offeres several workshops in different direction such as photography can learn in which participants develop and demonstrate their skills, and also something else new to discover, know and learn. Participants will take extensive personal impressions home. They can also update their skills and learn with and from each other. Further strengthened by the project "Photo Workshop" with international partners and thus open doors for other joint projects.
