The Diocesan Santa Ana School from Villalonga is located in a rural village well connected to other urban centers which are in contact with other countries. Villalonga is a town of about 4,300 inhabitants of mostly local population but it is receiving people from different countries, especially in Northern Europe center. The school offers Nursery, Primary and ESO education in a Valencian speakers area. We are right now in a phase of renewal of a deep pedagogical and methodological innovation and at the same time developing a multilingual project with an ever greater presence of English in the classroom. Our project is based on the mobility of teachers for training in their language skills and CLIL methodology. There are 6 teachers taking part in the mobilities, their profile has been defined according to the priorities expressed in our PLC and by extension in our strategic lines. In this sense, our priority will be having teachers specialiced in English and teachers who currently are, or will teach their subjects in English, or they will do in the medium term as planned in our PLC. We intend this mobility project to be a start gate on the experience in European programs and thus expand to other possibilities in the future: KA2 projects, other types of mobility aimed at observing other good educational systems and teaching practices. We want the project to impact directly on the professional development of teachers, their motivation and the reality of the classroom, at the programming level, methodology and evaluation. Regarding the impact to other schools, we intend to spread our gained experience in our immediate environment and with other centers with which we share relationship, coaching and best practices.
