The sending organization is High Technology "Peter Banita" Calarasi Romania and the beneficiary of the project entitled "Training practical skills in quality vocational education to students in rural areas in agriculture". Project participants are 21 high school students in the tenth grade, professional education, training area Agriculture to be selected to participate in a European investment in Italy, Mileto the host organization Marcano VINI & foam, during 07.09.2016- 11.10.2016. This project brings improved quality of vocational training for 21 students from rural areas in that placement will take place at a European partner with the expertise and experience of over 100 years in manufacturing and selling wine using modern equipment for our school last generatie.Din statistics in the ages of the students who will be the target group are found in 26% Roma students who fall into a category very affected by poverty and marginalization socio-professional. Because all 21 students participating in the placement are minors, the school will get from family / legal representative, notarized consent of travel abroad with three companions teachers. The three teachers attendants shall be elected by the Board of Directors of school criteria. The first experience of accessing Erasmus + so that our school through this project will develop best practices, procedures, educational tools, management skills and financial resources that will enhance the quality of educational services for both the 21 participants of the project, and for the rest of the school students. Given the high percentage of youth unemployment in rural areas, this project increases the chances of professional integration graduation for 21 students of our school who will participate in the placement of Italy. The 21 students from rural areas develop their communication skills in Italian (language of the project) both in the professional and the cultural context through specialized training through effective communication and the placement. Assuming that the wine industry in Romania is continuously expanding and the growth and quality of this product to European standards, this project is a unique opportunity for the 21 students of our school to become competitive in the labor market. The 21 participants had the chance to improve their social skills and to increase their self-confidence so that they become active adults in social and professional life. In Romania, the educational policies, there is a negative gap for rural areas in terms of quality of education and access to facilities and practical training of economic agents. Which is why, expertise and the latest facilities available to the receiving partner will be for the 21 students in rural areas in concrete support to find a job on the open market. Practical training for the 21 students will be based on a CDL conducted by schools and other organization receiving partner in viticulture and winemaking. CDL's name is "getting viticulture and winemaking". Students will conduct aimed at acquiring practical skills on: performing works plantations care, conducting operations in green vineyards, performing works grape harvest, exploitation aggregates and installations used in horticulture; vinification of grapes, wine care and conditioning; realization of wine packaging, efficient business management and decision-making vineyards in different working situations, promotion and marketing of wine products to capitalize total investment effort. Project impact will be positive in that it will reduce school dropout and the 21 students will have superior training that will help them avoid unemployment and poverty.
