1.- Context of the Project The current projects aims at the implementation of the Dual Vocational Training in the Valencian community. Due to the new incorporation of the Dual Vocational Training in our country and the fact that there are no previous experiences on this matter, it is necessary to analyse and examine the different methodologies and procedure protocols carried out in other countries with a broad experience in the Dual Vocational Training, as in the case of Germany. 2.- Number and profile of participants In order to develop this project it is required professional profiles directly related to the Dual Vocational Training in our educational center, such as the following: Headmistress of the Educational Center Headteacher of Vocational Training Education Coordinator of Training European Programmes in the Educational Center Coordinator of Dual Vocational Training in the Educational Center Coordinator of Dissemination activities and Information and Communication Technologies in the Educational Center. Coordinator of the Dual Vocational Training in the Electricity and Electronics Department Coordinator of the Dual Vocational Training in the Transport and Maintenance of Vehicles Department 3.- Description of the Activities The activity carried out by the Educative Center within this project will be the mobility of training staff in order to acquire theoretical and practical learning of the Dual Vocational Training in Germany. The procedure protocols and experiences will be adapted and adjusted to the context and specific characteristics of our professional and academic setting. 4.- Methodology used to accomplish the project Observation, analysis, review and adaptation of the experiences and knowledge adquired in the mobility, and the transmission to our social and economic environment. 5.- Results and expected impact To improve the effectiveness and effiency in the management, development and implementation of the Dual Vocational Training at local and regional levels. To transmit the knowledge and experiences adquired to other Educational Centers and ecomical and social skateholders. 6.-Long-term benefits Improvement of the procedure protocols of the Dual Vocational Training in our Educational Center. Increase the number of students taking Dual Vocational Training Increase the number of companies receiving students in Dual Vocational Training Increase in student employability Improvement of the relation and communication among Educative Center and companies. Promotion of the added value of the Dual Vocational Training as a means of generating employment and richness at local, national and international levels. Increase the number of students taking part in mobilities to other countries of the European Union.
