Formación del profesorado para la mejora de la calidad educativa
Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

This project emerges as an improvement of the one presented in the previous call, that having reached 78 points was not selected for funding. We have developed the project from the considerations submitted by the evaluators, a more systematic work using new tools (School Education Gateway Platform ) and longer time to select training activities and to choose the right partners. It keeps the connection with the requirements set out in our European Development Plan, which were established from objective indicators. We consider the mobility of seven members of the teaching staff to participate in training courses developed in English and French. For the selection of specific courses it has been taken into account, in addition to the requirements outlined in the Plan of European Development, the skills and needs expressed by the teaching staff. We have selected four courses: one in French and three in English, organized by institutions with extensive and proven experience in the fields of international cooperation in teacher training, supported by its participation in past training projects linked to Comenius, Grundtvig and Erasmus+ programs. The courses deal with issues related to improving the proficiency of students in foreign languages , promoting the European dimension in education from the point of view of management and organizational development, the use of new technologies in teaching and application of interactive learning methods. Teacher mobility will be staggered, in accordance with the partner organizations, including holiday periods in our institution in order to minimize the loss of classes. The objective of mobility does not focus exclusively on improving the skills of the individuals involved. It is thought that their experience has an impact on the entire workforce by conducting post-mobility tasks, designed and coordinated by the Department of Evaluation and Educational Innovation in our institution. We also expect that attendance at these courses helps to build relationships and network with colleagues from other European institutions, in order to facilitate strategic partnerships for learningin the medium-term. In the long term, it is expected that these actions impact on the students learning, improving the quality of education in our center, optimizing ICT resources and generating cooperative learning that stimulate student motivation and help to improve school results and decreasing the rate of early school leaving.
