Food in the future

24 participants and 9 leaders from 13 different countries gathered the first week of November 2014 at a seminar titled "Food in the future". The theme of the seminar was sustainable food production, and especially methods of farming/agriculture and how to develop those. Several topics dealt with during the week include: organic production, niche production, re-use, food waste, innovation and carbon footprint.
