Date du début: 1 sept. 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The concept of sexuality, is often relegated to taboo and becomes the subject of stereotypes and clichés that make difficult, in some countries, reaching, not only equal opportunity and civil rights, but also a social inclusion by individuals considered sexually "different". The project has the following objectives: - Focus in the theme of sexuality; - Learn to know and respect the many ways of expressing own sexuality; - Compare the way in which, in different countries, politics, society and religion interfere with sexuality and sexual freedom; - Discuss the level of homophobia in the various countries involved, searching for the causes; - Compare the laws about civil rights and equal opportunities in the different countries involved; - Break down the barriers that could potentially hinder cooperation among different sexual orientations; - Make participants live an experience of participation inside a group that will be set up during the exchange; - Promote Erasmus plus programme; - Create new partnership; The project will involve 37 people from 6 different countries, including participants, leaders and facilitators. Participants must be prepared to confront, seriously and serenely , on issues of sexuality, gender equality and on ethical and religious themes, having an open mind as to be willing to respect different opinions or opposite to their own, and have knowledge, even minimal, of the manner in which these issues are eddressed in their own countries and also be informed about international developments in these issues and are required knowledge, even elementary, of English. The project will take place from 1 September 2015 to 1 June 2016 and its main activity will be a youth exchange April 9 to 19 in 2016. The exchange will be divided into workshops (mainly on love, sexuality, relationship with politics / religion / society / family, homosexuality and homophobia, civil rights and equal opportunities), activities of artistic education (music, theater, visual arts and creative writing), a guided tour in Naples and in a flash mob in the center of Naples. After the exchange, the results will be published and on the territory will be organized similar events, involving representatives of local associations (LGBT or not). Participants, before departure, will make some interviews in their country about stereotypes on sexual diversity and concept of family and discuss it. The preferred method will be the group discussion or in small international groups. This will minimize the work of the individual participant with his/her own national group, in order to increase the cohesion among participating countries and conflicting points of view. At the local level we expect that the population, after coming in contact with other ways of approaching sexuality, will be open to diversity, trying to break down those cultural barriers that often make it difficult to have a calm discussion on the topic. At European level, we expect that, once at home, participants will disseminate what they have learned during the exchange, making it possible, indirectly, to achieve similar results even abroad.
