The purpose of the project is to increase the acquirements,skills and competences of the specialists of Resource centre of the district of Vratsa in proving inclusive educational practices. Including in education is rather new and unfamiliar process in Bulgaria and getting know to variety and comprehensive essence is a main priority in what we do. The reason why is the fact that the recourse specialists are expected to be the leaders in its implementation in the practice.The basics philosophy of inclusive education is familiar to us in its theory but its implementation is still undeveloped. Therefore having experience and realizing how it happens in other Europian countries as Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg and Great Britain we’ll be able to compare and feel experienced.Introduction to other educational systems and politics in special pedagogy will expand the competences of the specialists of Recourse centre in special and inclusive education.Observing the use of methodologies and technologies in teaching children with a variety of disabilities in European countries with higher quality of life, will enrich the tools and skills to the direct and indirect participants in this project (some colleagues who take part in the project will inform the others).Computer and technical skills of the recourse specialists are expected to be improved and they will be aware of the latest practices.The contact to different cultures will provide better intercultural acknowledge and will give the opportunity of the participants to realize the differences in lifestyle in the European c countries.One of the great purposes of this project is to help the teachers communicate in foreign languages more fluently, to get self-motivated and willing to improve their language skills.The participants are resource teachers, speech-therapists, psychologies, executives, who are active e-Twinners are motivated to expand their conception in inclusive education, pedagogical and psychological tools which they use in their work. Some of them are teachers with longer pedagogical experience but the rest are young teachers who have just started their pedagogical work.More and more teachers decide to quit teaching but sharing experience and good practices with European countries may influence them to be more motivated in being a teacher.Having observation in the partners’ schools, each of the participants will have the chance to get in touch with the process of teaching and supporting and to feel the responsibilities and competences of the foreign colleagues . This factor for comparing similarities and differences will be the basic for excerption the good practices.This will give the chance the educational service which the Recourse centre provide to get better.Sharing good practices will increase the level of understanding and analyzing the inclusive educaton and inclusion of children with special educational needs in the mainstream schools. It’ll also promote implementing good practices in inclusion from the partner schools for longer time and in a wide range.
