Special needs for the project: Because of the social development, being adapted by the European ideas in different parts of life, e. g. communication, business or media, the demands on education and teaching change in the same way. Our school tried to be on that way for the last years of development. But the teachers of our institution are convinced of having specials needs in developing their own competences to prepare our students in a better way for their future life. We want to imrpove our intercultural and management competences that mean a substancial element of being a European school. In a causal relationship it is necessary to be participants of a special further education to improve these competences. While learning about intercultural and management competences we will be able to start communication with teachers from all over Europe. We get to know each other in a very intensive way not only in the courses of the further education as well as in the time between. So we try to start thinking and planning new projects between the schools by eTwinning or in special exchanges. Aims of project: to improve the intercultural competences of our teachers to improve the management competences for European projects of our teachers Number of participants / profile: four participating teachers They will be prepared for taking further education courses. They they are able to communicate in different languages on a high level. They will be prepared for motivating teachers and students of our school in the sense of the European ideas. They are open for integration of the European ideas into their lessons and curricula. They are able to motivate their students of global thinking in the European sense and to plan their future life in that way. They are open to speak about their experiences of the further education to colleagues in regional further trainings. Description of the activities: Taking Part in a further education for intercultural and management competences for European projects Methods to carry out the activities: By having the special intercultural competences and management competences in European projects our school establishes regularly taking place projects with European partner schools. Describing the ecpected results and their effects / potential use: The experiences of the further education will have a distinctly imroving of motivation for intercultural learning at our school. It will organize the work with European partners in an effective way. At the end of the further education our teachers will be able to fill our colleagues and students with enthusiasm for European projects. The project work improves our students in their intercultural, language, and social competences. In fact of improving their competences our students will be well prepared for the special demands on the European job and business market.
