This project will enable our teachers to implement modern teaching and learning methods into our language lessons. We aim to improve the use of the technical equipment of our school , aiming at the habitual use. Moreover we will to enlarge our colleagues' communications skills to enable them to teach foreign languages properly to meet the demands of modern language lessons. The better the colleagues' language skills the more they can concentrate on new methods. Exchanging experience with teachers from other European countries and increasing insight into other European education systems are to be source for comparing educational progress and are to contribute to develop our image of a stronger Europe. A project team of 10 colleagues sends 5 teachers to the selected courses, in which they develop their methodology,improve their language knowledge and find out about further possibilities for using ICT . They will gain insight into various educational structures. In this way we want to find new teaching strategies. The participants will multiply their newly gained knowledge in presentations and workshops. In the school network they will publish materials and examples which should encourage others to give them a try. So the colleagues involved are enabled to cope increasingly with the demands of modern language teaching. Other professional groups will benefit as a result of further multiplication. The parts of a project and their success are monitored and evaluated by the team of the school program. All the parts are to be seen as elements of a whole, which finally helps to achieve the implementation into our lessons. The developed materials are released for the use of colleagues from other schools. This should encourage all the users to complete the collection of successful practical examples.
