FLAT SPACE FOR THE COMMUNITY is an EVS Project organised for 3 volunteers at the same time, who come from different countries, invited for a 12 months long service. This application concerns the sending of a Spanish volunteer. Main space for the activities is FLAT SPACE (str. Bucuresti 68/1), but depending on the type of activity it will be carried out in different locations of the city (for example distribution of posters). The volunteer will develop personal competences living and working in new environment as well as contribute to local community working in different activities of the project, like for example helping to organize and delivering workshops and trainings for art students and local NGOs, assisting artists in residency to realize their art works, to create short articles for POSTBOX magazine – a printed publication in relation to the carried out activities. Volunteer will be also involved into working with modern technologies often used in youth work – IT, maintaining blogs and pages in different social networks and Oberliht`s mailing list, an electronic information service for young people. The volunteer will be assigned the tasks and whenever needed will be assisted by the project manager to perform correctly the tasks. The volunteer will be also offered the necessary training when dealing with more complex tasks.
