The cooperation between the Adult Education Centres in Finland and Estonia has been modest. This project aims at increasing the level of cooperation and making it more versatile. Adult Education Centres in Finland and Estonia function in a different way but by getting aquainted with the practises across the border, a sound foundation for cooperation can be established. This cooperation includes producing a joint development plan and organising education, professional exchange and field trips. One of the objectives of the project is to create a network of adult Education Centres for continuing cooperation for the next EU programme season 2007-2013.
