The project left from the premises that young people need to be informed and guided in their career, they need role models to motivate them and stimulate their initiative, to develop themselves personally (including their self-esteem), professionally (including improving key competences for to increase their level of employability and their chances to find a job) and socially (including their intercultural and European dimension). The project is at its second edition and it was an innovative approach to young people and community's needs and issues, following to inform, guide and educate the professional dimension of young people through career guidance and entrepreneurship activities. Its objectives were: To develop the self-knowledge capacity of young people, as a starting point for an efficient career guidance. To develop key competences among young people to increase their employability level and their chances to find a job. To develop young people's initiative, creativity and entrepreneurship competences. To promote role models among the young participants. To develop young participants' intercultural and European dimension. To develop a visual tool to inform, guide and educate the professional dimension of young people. The main activity consistsed in a youth exchange, with Erasmus+ Programme Countries, held in Bacău (Romania) between 17th and 27th of March 2016, with the participation of 50 young people and group leaders from Romania, FYR of Macedonia, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Portugal, Spain and Malta. During the youth exchange took place career guidance sessions, learning sessions, study visits in companies and NGOs and a Living Library, where the living books were real people with different jobs, giving the participants the opportunity to get informed upon their favourite jobs. The methodology of the activities was based on non-formal education methods, as socio educative animation (get to know each other games, teambuilding games, energizers, ice-breakers, treasure hunt), educational debates, a Court simulation, NGO fair, workshops, role play, Open Space Technology, Stop motion animation, Living Library, Flash mob, and many other active and creative methods, games or exercises meant to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and the exchange between participants. The tangible results of the project are: - A visual tool to inform, guide and educate the professional dimension of young people, a career guidance video-guide, created through Stop motion animation and based on the working sessions from the youth exchange, having an informative, formative and promotional role. - A movie with clips taken during the youth exchange. - Other promotional materials, as flyers, posters, etc. Regarding the envisaged impact, the young participants developed themselves personally (including their self-esteem), professionally (including improving key competences for to increase their level of employability and their chances to find a job) and socially (including their intercultural and European dimension); The sustainable partnership between the consortium will be consolidated and the partner organizations will develop their capacity and international dimension, but also their visibility in their local communities. As a longer term benefit of the project, we wish to increase the young participants' employability level and their chances to find a job, but also the start-ups businesses led by young people.
