“Fénix, renaciendo del reciclaje” – “Phoenix, reborn form recycling” is a youth mobility project organized by a group of young people from the village, with the City Council of Corella (Navarre), the Babylonie Association (Czech Republic), the Comune di Verona (Italy), Jeudg International Zenist (Belgium), which will take part from 1st of July to 31st of December of 2015. During this time, a group of 39 youngsters, from all this countries will work about some topics like care and environmental conservation trough the recycling, analyzing how is this topic in their countries, how do they recycle, and which are the job possibilities derived from this topic. They will also learn and know something else about disabilities, by taking advantaged of living with people with disabilities in the exchange will take part in Corella with some people with disabilities. To be conscious about the attitudes we adopt with people that are different from us, and commit to be tolerant and supportive in our relationships,… With all this, they will prepare a presentation they will put in common in the exchange will take place in Corella (Navarre) from 7th to 15th of August of 2015, and where 6 youngsters from 16 to 20 years old and a leader from every country plus 6 youngsters with intellectual disabilities from ANFAS Association with two leaders from the same organization for supporting in their needs, living with them. With this, we pretend to offer young people a chance to meet each other, discover they are equals, know the integration difficulties, to be in their skin. They will work together about recycling, they will discover new ways of reusing materials, they will learn to be more responsible with the environmental care and to transmit all this knowledge. During the exchange, they will put the previous work, and they will have a sensitization day, previously organized by ANFAS we will visit some recycling centre where they collect, classify and reuse the materials for new products. They will have different workshops about recycling, they will create the mascot of the exchange and different objects for selling them in a market, and the money reached will be donated to an Association which work with people in exclusion risks. We will prepare some games with recycled material for the dissemination of the Erasmus + Programme and the Paralympics. We will also make a trip to an interpretation centre of nature, cultural trips, ice-breaking and knowledge games, international evenings,… The methodology is going to be used is going to be varied: in one hand, the observation of the reality and awareness about what exists around them, put in common the different realities found in each country, prepare workshops and activities for the diffusion day, visits to enterprises. There will be dynamics that enable reflection of learning and value the experience in a personal level. There are going to be also other activities like playful activities, to be in contact with nature, knowledge and relation activities, where we want to make possible friendship relations among participants. During the meeting, each participant group will record a daily video, and will write a diary, with the opinion and experiences from all participants. The video and the diary will be used after the meeting for giving diffusion of the experience in each country. The project is based on concepts like empowering, non-formal learning, acquisition and develop of competences and commitment. In fact, the whole project, from the preparation stage to the results diffusion stage, is being done with the participation of youngsters. With this project we pretend make young people conscious about the need of commit ourselves about the environmental care. Make them responsible about the waste recycling and show them other alternatives to the job market, like reusing recycled materials. At the same time we pretend to sensitize young people about difficulties that other youngsters like them live, promote the mutual understanding among youngsters from different countries, make new relations among them, raise awareness of being an active European citizen, … The results will be diffused to their equals, apart from the diffusion day that will take part during the exchange, the experience will be showed in the educational centres from all the associations that are involved, associations, and to the population in general through press releases, videos in social networks,…
