This mobility project will be developed by the IES Fermín Bouza Brey, of Vilagarcia de Arousa (Galicia), a secondary school that offers:ESO, Vocational Education (short cycles, Higher education and Vocational Basic), Secondary and Sport Education in Basketball Sport Technician. Born from the need of increasing internationalization of companies and their staff need to incorporate availability ofinternational mobility, commitment to improving the skills of management and organization of the center and its faculty, improving the skills of students facing a employability more and better career prospects, increased language skills, etc.The principal aims of mobilities will be:- Increasing skills and general abilities related to market work and contribute for a cohesionated society which builds bridges between the labour market and the education world.- Developing training, more recent innovation and internationalization at all levels- Promote the need for a European conscience, encouraging reformers principles at national level to modernize the education and training system, giving an example of good practice and recognizing EU tools.- Increasing international dimension of education and training through cooperation between institutions and partners - To encourage the teaching and learning of languages and promoting an intercultural awareness and spread the linguistic diversity of the EU.The project shows 14 mobilities: 8 for students and 6 for teachers. The profile of students, by which is meant the activity, are students of first courses of FP (IMA) and vocational training course of Basketball Sport Technician and the teaching staff would be who are involved at that level. These students are prepared to exercise as coaches in professional sport clubs and technician in electromechanical maintenance technicians in companies. Teachers will be chosen from basketball sports education in order to improve and update their curriculum in a changing work such as basketball coach. Activities are focused in these areas:- Areas of coaching with former teams of professional sport clubs of basketball- Areas of learning of basketball from technical, tactic and physic views.- Areas of management and professional organization of a sports club basketball- Areas of execution of maintenance and repair of machinery and industrial equipment.- A production areas in automated processes as responsible of lines, integrating the production and maintenance functions.- A production areas making machinery manufacturing assembly, installation and technical assistance plan.The mobilities of students will last for 2 months for V.T.Electromechanical Maintenance and 1 month for V.T. Basketball Sport Technician in order to complete the module of Job Training (FCT) defined in the curriculum of the training cycles.The mobilities of teachers will be for job shadowing in a company of the sport sector for a week in order to identify different teaching methodologies and knowing how to organize a sport club.The methodology used to run the project will be working closely with partners countries and with the intermediary company Tellus Group. They will supply accommodating, language training, provide a suitable company profile for students to practice, and safety training health, cultural visits, etc. The communication between the partners will be fluent, including the intermediary partner, the sending institution and the company chosen, using CIT tools that will maintain high cohesion between the objectives and the development of mobility.As a project which contains mobility of students and staff of educational institutions we are going to try to get:- Contribute to the training of young people as qualified, open and experienced professionals abroad.- Promoting language learning and culture of the countries of the European Union and promote integration between differentcultures.- Encourage the update and recycling of teachers involved in teaching of the cycle. This training will also cover personal cultural,linguistic and educational areas.The benefits of participating in a European program of this nature is mainly focused on:- The different vocational training cycles increase their advertising, which will mean that more students are interested in making them- Higher rate of employment for students- To improve cooperation between companies and institutions- To expand the European conscience of our education center developing new european programs (Erasmus+Sport, Mobility charter of VT, etc) and open the doors for students/staff from other countries in a close future
