The project Fashion in VET (FiVET) stems from City of Casapulla, Ass. IFM Europe, local companies QUAREDO, STELLA WHITE, Confindustria Caserta, high school ISISS "Righi-NERVI" and A.Volta to transform innovations brought by the European projects in the daily practice of the functioning of public and private entities that compose it, in order to increase their operational capacity and their degree of internationalization. The subjects that make up the consortium have all the common goal of opening up to the European dimension to connote innovation and improve the quality of their usual activities and intend to do this, in the short term, to get the European Charter of quality in mobility. In the era of globalization, public and private body are required to develop complex skills. These include the ability to relate with the world and with the great challenges that mark our time. The production of textiles and clothing in the province of Caserta boast a secular tradition that has its roots in silk production introduced by the Bourbons at the end of '700. The business in this sector, which consists mainly of SMEs, managed, albeit with significant reduction of firms and workers, to resist over the years, also facing difficult challenges such as the economic crisis and the emergence of the so-called 'Fast fashion'. From fine silks of San Leucio, to small studios and workshops tailored to the pole shoe Aversa, the textile and clothing sector in the province of Caserta continues to have an important role in the production system of Campania, where the concentration of industries is organized mainly in small and medium-sized companies, highly specialized and often operating in niche markets. FiVET project will last 2 years (September 2015-September 2017) .It will be made up of two mobility: one from the last week of June 2016 with 20 students with destinations Seville and Valencia and the other from the second week of July with 40 students with destinations Prague, Lisbon and Plymounth. IVF aims to respond to the training needs of 60 students of vocational schools who intend to work in the textile industry and the production of garments, of which: -40 From the institute I.S.I.S.S. "Righi-NERVI" St. Maria CV- address (address studio clothing and fashion), classes 3 and 4th; -20 From the institute INSTITUTE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION A.Volta. The schools involved in the consortium, opening internationalization, can more easily improve the quality of training, structuring academic skills with those required by the world of technologically advanced. The comparison and exchange of experiences with companies and European entities involved in vocational training, are considered able to bring real benefits to the faculty and staff, students and their families. For participants is expected to be a path of strengthening of key skills, both acquisition of soft skills, and sector address. Will be released the following documentation: CERTIFICATE OF COMPETENCE, CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PREPARATION Linguistics, CV EUROPASS, Learning Agreement, MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. The composition of the partnership, both national and transnational, was based on the evaluation of the contributions and capacities that everyone is able to put in place to achieve the goals of FiVET. The countries were chosen for good practice in the field indicated; foreign intermediaries to previous experiences in mobility projects for VET and quality hosting partner indicated, schools because they work daily with students who aspire to work in this sector, the local partners for the experiences in European projects, to the degree of involvement in activities related to VET, for knowledge of the sector and the needs of SMEs. The decision to form a consortium is due to the desire to share the territory a training model characterized by an effective and efficient public-private partnership; between agencies, schools and NGOs working on EU programs, including companies and associations who know the characteristics of social and productive land.
