EMBRACE THE DIFFERENT CULTURES The Project driven by Private Ankara Chamber of Industry Vocational and Technical High School aims for its students enhance their competencies in social, cultural and in professional life also to make friends with their peers, develop the feeling of collaboration, democracy, participation with their peers in the Netherlands. Another reason is to create an atmosphere for students to share their experiences and knowledge. The project participants will consist of 20 female and 20 male students. Project partner, Stichting Edutalents, will be hosting these students in Roterdam. The Objectives Of The Project : 1- To provide a team work atmosphere and collaboration with the fellows in the Netherlands and encourage continuous friendship. 2- To support social, cultural competence and personal skills of students and to support the participant’s social, cultural and personal skills. 3- To improve the creativity and ability of making a project by joining in activities in RDM Campus in Rotterdam. 4- To transfer knowledge and experience to the Private Ankara Chamber of Industry Vocational and Technical High School and create international collaboration. 5- To make continuous friendship. 6- Stichting Edutalents Foundation in Netherland will be hosting our Project. During the ride the participants will have a chance to see the history of the Netherlands, their cultural shape, lifestyle, schools, education system, the projects that the students prepare. There will be also presentation of student’s Project driven by Stichting Edutalents Foundation in the Netherlands. Students may have chance to participate in these projects and engage in social and cultural activities. Conclusion: 1- 40 students in total, 20 female and 20 male, 2- 40 students who will join the activities in the Netherlands, 3- 4 presentations for program based on peers learning. 4- 2 institutions to be visited (RDM Campus and Technical Collage) 5- 4 social and cultural activities (2 sightseeing, Meeting Turkish families in the Netherlands and Museum tour) 6- 4 group in total 40 students, working together for activities of the project in RDM Center in Rotterdam, 7- 274 students and 4 group presentations, transferring the experiences with the rest of the students in Private Ankara Chamber of Industry Vocational and Technical High School. 8- Extensification via broadcasting throug local TV's,1000 000 audience 9- Publication in three popular magazines in Turkey, school magazine, magazine of 1. Organized Industry Zone in Ankara, ASOMEDYA magazine (10000 in total amount of magazines ) 10- Project activities will be started in 01 May 2015, mobility activity will be in 22-26 June 2015 in Rotterdam for a week.
