The project that we are working on is school education and staff mobility. Through this project our seven teachers will get a vocational education in Italy. Our projects involves conflict management, peer meditation, emotional literacy, empathy,effective relationship and preventing early school leaving topics. Our teachers will be trained for five days in Italy. Our project participants will be chosen from the 25 teachers in Çiçeklidede Secondary School. The aim of our project is to solve the conflicts by using appropriate techniques ,to provide effective relationship and to prevent early school leaving. The paticipants will gain experience in a foreign country and acquire awareness in Europeanness. Via this project our teachers improve their skills of empathy , understading their students emotional needs and their problems. The students having their education in a peaceful school environment will be more successful in their academic life and thanks to this early school leaving problems are planning to be prevented. Besides , possibly risky behaviours among students will be determined before and preventive attitudes and manners will be provided. The teachers who become skillful at communicating effectively , prevent our students from displaying negative behaviours. Our students' unity will develop school culture and the students who develop their sense of belonging will have their education in a happy school environment.
