10 students and an accompanying from each Clothing Production Technologies, Information Technologies and Accounting and Finance study fields of our institute will attend the implementations within the project. Students who study Clothing Production Technologies will implement 2 weeks of implementation in Italy, Students who study Information Technologies will implement 2 weeks of implementation in Slovakia, Student who study Accounting and Finance will implement 2 weeks of implementation In Spain. Our institute is the only technical education center in the region. This quality brings some important responsibilities in vocational education field. Our administration staff has put weight into project activities with the awareness of these responsibilities. The vocational education project that we formed in 2015 was accepted by National Agency. With the project offer that we are applying in 2016, it is planned to get the second stage in the fields that we develop in. Our institute is located in a place where service and manufacturing market are most rapidly developing in the country. This situation brings significant employment opportunities. But, our students could not get any chance for getting hired due to some basic imperfections and stays behind their peers even they are studying in different fields. The reason for our students’ imperfections is the education syllabus is left behind by the sector, the lack of our institute’s technical substructure and that our students could not find jobs where they can develop their practical experiences. The main objective of the project is that our students from different study fields to improve their proficiencies and increase their chance of getting hired through the overseas trainings. The project will be implemented in 2 weeks. Our students will be certificated at the end of the implementation and the project will meet its main objective through this. Students need for experiences that will expand their horizon along with the repaired vocational basic imperfections. In this context, the project will be implemented in the frames of these needs; our students to meet different cultures through the activity, to develop English proficiency and gaining EU citizenship conscious.The project management team which is located in our institute will run the project. The project management team is an experience team that is already running a project. The project management team will share tasks and implement the project accordingly active participation of parents. The team will implement each activity according to our chronological plan in order. The project activity will start with signing contracts with National Agency and selection of participants, and it will end with the presentation of final report. During these stages, the editing oriented to applications and logistic matters will be handled and organized by our project management team. Administration team will take financial matters seriously and use the project’s budget productively. The project management team will provide cooperation and communication with hosting partners. The team will support target groups in each stage of project and carry out communication and dissemination activities.With the project, students who study Clothing Production Technologies, Information Technologies and Accounting and Finance will take theorical and practical trainings for paving their way to employment. Students who study different fields will preclude their peers with specific gains and they are going to be the winners in employment field. Students will be able to move forward with more confidence and stable into their vocational life through the certifications and documents that they are going to be trained for. The outcomes of our project will be felt in their vocational and social life. Students will also have important cultural and lingual skills along with the vocational efficiencies. Meeting and socializing with different cultures will bring their vocational and social life positive effects. Students will be noticed with their differences in social and vocational life. Students will become successful personals who are familiar with European Union society during our country’s participation process; they will contribute society with their European conscious. In this context, the project will leave stimulating traces on students. The project will help us getting stronger when meeting our institute’s needs and develop our corporate identity.
