The General objective of the project is Facilitating the integration of rural young people on the labour market of Bihor-Hajdu-Bihar Euro-region and its Specific objectives are Offering information, counselling and orientation services in order to facilitate the integration of rural youth on the labour market, Providing institutionalized training services for rural youth, Finding out of labour the main factors influencing rural youth integration on the labour market. The cross area is Bihor- Hajdu Euro-region.The main activities are: sociological research - Inquiring into the factors influencing the integration of rural youth on the labour market of Bihor-Hajdu-Bihar Euro-region, occupational counselling and orientation of rural youth, continuous counselling and training activities provided for rural youth.The direct target group of the project is: 300 youngsters, 150 from each country, 30 of each of the 10 rural localities. Among the project results: 2 training courses elaborated, 5 workshops or other activities aimed at exchange of experiences and best practices.
