Project background, project aims, number and profile of members, procedures for project implementation, expected results and effects as well as long-term benefit. Our project "Fabulous Young Refugee Movement” wants to make a difference for and with young refugees. With the subtitle of the project, "Bewegt werden (Flüchten) – Bewegt sein (Ankommen) – etwas Bewegen (Beteiligen)", the positive aspired aim of the project should illustrate the escape movement. It is "touching" in the double sense of the word that these “fabulous” young people see fear, sadness and anger as challenges on their way to learn to deal with and that they believe in their “fabulous” chance to be part of the German society. We really want to meet them and accompany them and bring them in contact with leaders from politics and society. The main theme of our project is to promote intercultural dialogue with young refugees, so it may grow a Structured Intercultural Dialogue (SID) from the Structured Dialogue (SD). It is about the empowerment of young refugees and making living contacts - by their active involvement and their genuine encounter with young people, already living in Germany, youth work and youth policy in the consciousness of society, including their makers. In terms of the young refugees, we want to achieve five key objectives with our project:1. Participation of young refugees in the structured dialogue, 2. Sensitization for the fate and potential of young refugees, 3. Integration of young refugees in youth work, labor market and social area, 4. Bring together young people with and without flight experience, 5. Increase recognition and engagement of migrant self-organizations which are active in youth work and youth policy. Our project has a duration time of 24 months and is divided into an initial orientation, participation and concretization phase. Meetings, conferences and events will take place in three areas of the region Stuttgart, who are ready for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the project with the participation of young people, in in every sense.15 young people with and without flight experience, two representatives makers from the youth policy, youth work and aid to refugees, three people who are volunteers from these areas, a representative from a migrant self-organization and two social makers will be a management entity on every site. In sum, therefore, we expect in the three regions with 90 young participants and 36 supporters who are regularly involved in our projects. In the orientation phase at all locations there are "Youth Know-how"-acitivities to get to know the other young people and to learn about the common understanding of the project aims. So-called oval tables are set up in all areas, where the above-mentioned persons are involved with the youth decisive participation. The proposals from the three oval tables to improve equal opportunities, participation and social inclusion with a focus on the target group of young refugees will be presented at a common stopover conference. For the first year of the project has been completed in the concretization phase then it takes place again at the oval tables for the fine tuning of the desired results, which will be presented at a high profile finale conference of the young participants, together with the decision-makers . In a jointly Youth follow-up young people reflect what has been achieved and decide how to proceed. Finally, the young participants will be consulted on the conclusion of the project for evaluation. The young participants learn to know and to use in our project participatory processes on different political levels. They make the valuable experience that it is worth to speak one’s mind, that there is payed attention on what they say and they can make a difference for themselves and others in their environment. The decision makers notice the diversity of young people, needs and possible solutions to get to know, "Youth in Action" experience, enhance their value context and get impulses for their own political action."Fabulous Young Refugee Movement" will be in line with a structured cross-cultural dialog a practical empowerment of young refugees for political participation through dialogue among young people and decision-makers responsible and sustainable concretely, in three areas of the region Stuttgart. This is a result of the project, which is in accordance with our motto: refugees are not fugitive!
