the finding
- Young Europeans seem knowing not so much about the Internet (how Internet is impacting the society, how Internet is built…).
- Young Europeans tend to limit their exploration of the web.
- Educators (teachers, youth workers, parents ...) are looking for educational resources on these issues.

> Propose educational frames and tools to help educators and parents to develop a better understanding and better use of the Internet among young people.

- MEDIAPTE, french non-profit organization for media literacy
- Cafe Werries, house for youngsters in the City of Hamm, Germany
the result
> A web platform, in French and German : f8proj.eu
with
- educational proposals to facilitate the understanding of what Internet is (in all its dimensions) and to widen young people web practices;
- tools to use with youngsters (in the form of investigations).
