F4ST - From Farm to Fork Food Safety Specialist Training Program

This project gives priority to consumers' demand and right for high quality and safe food: in the frame of the project an integrated vocational training material on food safety, on EU regulations and on total quality management in the whole food chain will be created, and transferred into an e-learning environment. The results will be available in the languages of the partner countries. The target groups are state official controllers, food safety operators and processors, auditors in certification and consultancy companies, senior students or graduates of different specialities.
