The mobility project ECVET ’’Professional European experience in Webdesign&IT-Networking”, with the beneficiary organization being ’’M. Sadoveanu” National College Pascani aims to support the training of 30 participants, students of the school, with intensive computer science specialization who, at the end of high-school, receive a ’’Competente to make customer –oriented software design and structure (software applications, database, web pages), adaptation customer information systems” certificate, and who will participate in two streams at a traineeship in Germany at the host organization WBS Training AG ’’M. Sadoveanu” College scores good results in exams, but the students can not do intrenships because they are not included in the curriculum, which creates difficulties in engaging in the labour market to graduates after finishing school. The socio-economical background, the lack of internships for these students, the unability of continuing higher education, the small number of IT companies in the region and the school concer to support the insertion of graduates in the labour market have imposed organizing a training course in and European country with experience in this area, through which students are supported to form professionally, face competition and acquire personal, professional and language skills useful to the labour market. The needs indentified in the analysis report and students’ questionnaires of these classes have led to the creation of a working group who has initiated the mobility project ECVET ’’Professional European experience in Webdesign&IT-Networking” in partnership with WBS Training AG from Germany, hosting organization with great experience. 30 students from intensive computer science classes will be hosted by the organization between 3.04-23.04.2016 and 12.06-2.07.2016 (2 streams, 15 studentsand 2 accompaying teachers) with the aim of putting into use the knowledge of Computer Networks and web pages (elements regarding the ’’architecture’’ of the Internet and the computer networks, the listing of all Internet access required components, CSS) and aquire new qualifications (designing, installing and managing a web page or a network; designing and implementing network security strategy) through the deepening of te modules ’’Modern Means of Communication- the Internet’’ and ’’Elements for creating a web page’’ in a 90 hours internship. The students will harness their theoretical knowledge and strengthen their skills in the practice courses using modern IT resources and English specialized language to obtain and strengthen technical and language skills, to configurate, optimize and secure an IT network and a web page using certain technics in a new environment with European standards. The partener in this project, WBS Training, assures you the quality of the activitieas owing the experience, the recognized certificates and the ECVET principles used, that permit you validation and recognition of the competences acquired in Germany in a way that supports and favours the professional insertion and journey of the participants. The project activities will focus on selecting the participants, signing contracts with them, the pedagogical, linguistic, intercultural and risk prevention training, mobility training and finishing the agreement in collaboration with the partener organization, the realisation of the mobility activities under the agreement of formation, the evaluation of final products, the Europass and ECVET certificates issuance, the learning outcomes validation and recognition, the disseminaton according to the plan, the final report. Final products of the project will be the portofolios of the students, the website made by the students during the internship with information about the way a network is built, which will be used as teaching tool, the project site, the creation of a computer network on which materials necessary for recapitulation of all Bacalaureat matters will be stored, used as teaching tool in school,this way favouring the transfer of participants’ aquired competences to the target group, context which will favour professional development of young people and their insertion in the labour market. The effective dissemination of learning outcomes according to the plan will favor the takeover of information about computer networks and web pages, but also the use of the final products by a diversified target group (9th-12th clas) and as many students as possible. This project will have great impact on participant students, school and staff, on short and long term, causing the internationalization quality in education, initial professional formation of students and the adaptation of the educational offers of school to community needs.
