The Izpisúa Belmonte Secondary school presents the project "An European traineeship experience" led to 10 students in their last year either at vocational training in Networks and Microcomputeir Systems or Administrative Management in collaboration with three hosting partner and one intermediary organisation. These eight young people between 17 and 24, hoping to join the workforce, do not have previous work experience in their professional profile. This project aims to improve the professional projection and formative experience of the students who attend the above-mentioned vocational training studies. The traineeship carried out through the Erasmus+ project will be validated as Education at Workplaces Module ( FCT), developed between April and June 2017. Our primary objective is to conclude students' education with professional training in Italian hosting companies.The main objectives of the project in relation to the participants are: - To encourage the inclusion in the labor market of groups of special difficulty of insertion. Specifically , we focus on young people looking for a first experience , long-term unemployed and women.- To provide flexibility , skills and competencies needed to encourage mobility within the European labor market- To acquire and validate new personal and professional skills- Tp improve Italian language skills to enhance their employability- To get to know the work culture of UK businesses and foster teamwork- To develop innovative ideas that can be applied in our town.The main objectives in relation to the school are:- To enhance the image offered, not only to the various sectors of the educational community, but also the entire socio-economic entities of the town in which it is situated.- To improve the quality of its educational curriculum to be enriched with the procedures and skills that students participating in the project are sharing during and at the end of their traineeship.- To increase the motivation of the students who are enrolled in the vocational training courses, as well as those others who see these cycles as an opportunity to implement their academic training with a target to a real professional projection crystallized in practice with the experiences of their predecessors as participants in the project.The project will offer our students the opportunity to participate in a training program consisting of a cultural and linguistic preparatory phase prior to mobility training phase and a second 12-week stay in ItalyShort-term effects of the project are checked against the employability of participants. In the medium term , participation in this project improves the level of international relations of the center as well as the language skills of its members and their level of self-management.In the long term , the project will help improve the quality of the productive fabric of the town and participate in the development of the local economy.The most notable effect on participants is the fact that differentiating curriculum acquires them to have done internships in other European countries , and improve their language skills , raising the quality of your resume when achieving employment within or outside our borders .
