The main objective of the partnership was through the international institutional cooperation to exchange experiences and information in the field of adult education with focus on disadvantaged people to find innovative methods of education for primary target group-disadvantaged (over 50 years of age) and multidisadvantaged people (with other disadvantages like health problems, low education, long-term unemployment) on the labour market (LM) in order to contribute to their (re)integration to the LM.The exchange of information on the regional labour markets of partner institutions, analyses of the needs of target groups, experiences of partner institutions had contributed to forming the education programs at higher quality and increasing the chance of target groups on the LM.By the active participation of adult learners at activities focusing on increasing their awareness, motivation, self-confidence and competencies the development of human resources became more effective and it positively influenced the behaviour of this generation towards their opportunities and chances on the LM.By increasing the awareness of employers on the possibilities and advantages of employment of older adults the multinational partnership contributed to the positive change of employers approach to employment of people of higher age groups which should be seen at lower level of hidden discrimination when employing job-seekers, higher number of employed citizens over the age of 50 years and keeping them in employment for a longer period.Products created by experienced and expert work team in 5 language versions - webpage, leaflet, brochure and DVD-ROM provides important information basis for the target groups which leads to enrichment of experiences of users.
