General goal of the project: Unite the resources of authors working in the field of innovations in literature to integrate effective changes in the European sociocultural environment enabling the development of intellectual and creative potential of European citizens as well as long term cooperation in culture in European countries. Specific objective of the project: The development of European literature portal and the introduction of virtual emissary to create effective cooperation between "new" and "old" European countries, between different literature service providers (writers, publishers, distributors of literary works), between the creators and executors of cultural politics that way stimulating international circulation, mobility of international authors and support to European counties' literary heritage. Qualitative indices of the project and long-term contribution:- cooperation development in literature and intersectional (literature, commerce, education) fields: as a result of the project practical recommendations for creators of the culture politics will be developed, criteria and effective methods for a long-term cooperation in different fields will be elaborated;- support in international circulation of European literary heritage and literary works: 10 new literary works will be created and distributed, compilation of forum materials, etc.;- transnational mobility of people working in the field of literature at least 50 writers, publishers, literature agents;- the intercultural dialogue: the International literature forum "Reading Europe", participants from 22 countries, 6 round-table discussions, closing conference, participation in exhibition in Germany a.o.;- the importance of reading is updated as well as the rights for qualitative reading education and its accessibility in modern multimedia society;- European literature portal will become a natural platform for long-term cooperation for exploration, discussion and realization.
