The project " Exp ( o) erience " is a youth exchange that will be held in Stresa ( VB ) 10 to 19 July 2015. The project aims to tackle questions related to the development of skills from non- formal linking at least in part by the macro event " EXPO2015 " that there will be at that time in Rho Fiera . The objectives of the youth exchange are : a) acquire new resources (knowledge, skills , attitudes ) to be more competent and experiences through workshops rielaborated appropriately b ) experience the cultural diversity both on the exchange and during the visit to EXPO2015 and rielaborate it appropriately c ) acquire a mode of reflection / metacognition on what you do that also allows at home to " extract " resources and to use in other fields , even from the perspective of employability . d ) know Stresa and its resources from the point of view of young people who live there Participants are 8 country including the animator and come from Italy , Spain , Germany , Poland , Estonia , Czech Republic , Ireland and Austria . The methodology that will be used will be within the bounds of NFE : group games , workshops , reflection activities for singles and couples , local tours guided by local youth ... The expected impact : - For participants , raising awareness on their own resources (knowledge, skills , attitudes ) that can be used in other contexts in a competent manner ; desire to do other international experiences / intercultural with or without European mobility programs ; a desire to visit countries before even imagined and seen inside EXPO2015 . - To the participating organizations : satisfaction of its participants that may increase the positive word of mouth on the international mobility and activities of youth policy ; increased capacity of cooperation in articulated projects like this . - For the territory of Stresa and surroundings: a visible manifestation at Community level that can be another form of " tourism " for youth , where people meet and do activities together previously agreed in order to get to know and learn more about their culture and the others.
