The project aims to promote the alternative education model by means of the exercise firm in both Romania and Republic of Moldova, interchanging fine practices and experience, training the teaching staff and creating cross-border networks between the educational institutions in Romania and Moldova. Expected Results: Getting a higher degree insertion in the labour market of the pupils taking part in this project; The formation in case of pupils of individual aptitudes that are feasible to all the economic fields in both Romania and Republic of Moldova; The formation of skills needed to take the risk at the working place in case of pupils taking part in this project; Getting more and more pupils working in the field they are specialized in; Establishing a balance between the relevance of the pupil's CV and the demands of the labor market.
